Idaho Code § 16-2011 — Effect Of Decree.
TITLE 16 JUVENILE PROCEEDINGS CHAPTER 20 TERMINATION OF PARENT AND CHILD RELATIONSHIP 16-2011. Effect of decree. An order terminating the parent and child relationship shall divest the parent and the child of all legal rights, privileges, duties, and obligations, including rights of inheritance, with respect to each other.
