Idaho Code § 16-104 — Early Intervention System.
TITLE 16 JUVENILE PROCEEDINGS CHAPTER 1 EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES 16-104. Early intervention system. The early intervention system shall consist of the lead agency, council, the regional committees, program personnel, a statewide parent education and resource system, eligible children, families, advocates, and public and private providers of early intervention services. The lead agency shall identify statewide and regional early intervention staff to be responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the requirements of this chapter.
