Idaho Code § 12-303 — Short Title.
TITLE 12 COSTS AND MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS IN CIVIL ACTIONS CHAPTER 3 INTEREST ON OFFERS OF SETTLEMENT 12-303. Short title. This chapter shall be known as the "Interest on Offers of Settlement."
