Idaho Code § 12-302 — Effect On Civil Rules.
TITLE 12 COSTS AND MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS IN CIVIL ACTIONS CHAPTER 3 INTEREST ON OFFERS OF SETTLEMENT 12-302. Effect on civil rules. This chapter shall not amend rule 68 of the Idaho rules of civil procedure.
