Idaho Code § 12-101 — Costs.
TITLE 12 COSTS AND MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS IN CIVIL ACTIONS CHAPTER 1 COSTS 12-101. Costs. Costs shall be awarded by the court in a civil trial or proceeding to the parties in the manner and in the amount provided for by the Idaho Rules of Civil Procedure.
