Idaho Code § 11-707 — Forms For Notice Of Exemptions, Instructions To Debtors And Third Parties And Claim Of Exemption.

TITLE 11 ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENTS IN CIVIL ACTIONS CHAPTER 7 GARNISHMENTS 11-707. FORMS FOR NOTICE OF EXEMPTIONS, INSTRUCTIONS TO DEBTORS AND THIRD PARTIES AND CLAIM OF EXEMPTION. The forms used for notice of exemptions, instructions to debtors and third parties and claims of exemption shall be those prescribed by rules promulgated or orders issued by the supreme court and posted on the website of the supreme court. The forms shall be made available in English and Spanish language translations in the offices of each county sheriff. Notice, written in Spanish, of the availability of these documents in Spanish translation shall be set forth on the notice of exemptions.
