Idaho Code § 11-601 — Definitions.
TITLE 11 ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENTS IN CIVIL ACTIONS CHAPTER 6 EXEMPTION OF PROPERTY FROM ATTACHMENT OR LEVY 11-601. Definitions. As used in this act, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) "Individual" means a natural person and not an artificial person such as a corporation, partnership, or other entity created by law. (2) "Dependent" means an individual who derives support primarily from another individual.
