Idaho Code § 11-505 — Witnesses Required To Appear.
TITLE 11 ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENTS IN CIVIL ACTIONS CHAPTER 5 PROCEEDINGS SUPPLEMENTARY TO EXECUTION 11-505. Witnesses required to appear. Witnesses may be required to appear and testify before the judge or referee, upon any proceeding under this chapter in the same manner as upon the trial of an issue.
