Idaho Code § 11-306 — Refusal To Pay Purchase-Money — Rejection Of Subsequent Bids.
TITLE 11 ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENTS IN CIVIL ACTIONS CHAPTER 3 LEVY AND SALE UNDER EXECUTION 11-306. Refusal to pay purchase-money — Rejection of subsequent bids. When a purchaser refuses to pay the officer may, in his discretion, thereafter reject any subsequent bid of such person.
