Idaho Code § 10-1205 — Enumeration Not A Limitation.

TITLE 10 ISSUES, TRIAL AND JUDGMENT IN CIVIL ACTIONS CHAPTER 12 DECLARATORY JUDGMENTS 10-1205. Enumeration not a limitation. The enumeration in Sections 10-1202 , 10-1203 and 10-1204 , does not limit or restrict the exercise of the general powers conferred in Section 10-1201 , in any proceedings where declaratory relief is sought, in which a judgment or decree will terminate the controversy or remove an uncertainty.
