Idaho Code § 1-809 — Residence Requirement Of Judges.
TITLE 1 COURTS AND COURT OFFICIALS CHAPTER 8 JUDICIAL DISTRICTS 1-809. Residence requirement of judges. District judges shall actually reside at the place designated as resident chambers.
