Idaho Code § 1-406 — Prohibitions.

TITLE 1 COURTS AND COURT OFFICIALS CHAPTER 4 CLERK OF THE SUPREME COURT 1-406. Prohibitions. He must not practice as an attorney or counselor, nor be surety or bail in any case in the court of which he is clerk.
