Idaho Code § 1-302 — District Judge — Direction To Serve In Another District.

TITLE 1 COURTS AND COURT OFFICIALS CHAPTER 3 COMMISSIONERS FOR THE SUPREME COURT 1-302. District judge — Direction to serve in another district. In order not to interrupt or delay the expeditious transaction and disposition of district court business in the several counties or judicial districts on account of the establishment of such Supreme Court commission, or whenever it is deemed necessary to expedite the court business of any judicial district, it shall be within the province and power of the Supreme Court, on application of any district judge, or of its own motion, to direct any district judge in the state to serve for a stated period, or for specific purposes in any county or district other than that for which he shall have been elected or appointed.
