Idaho Code § 1-2202 — “Magistrate” Defined.

TITLE 1 COURTS AND COURT OFFICIALS CHAPTER 22 MAGISTRATE DIVISION OF THE DISTRICT COURT 1-2202. "Magistrate" defined. As used in this act "magistrate" means a magistrate of the district court appointed under authority of this act.
