Idaho Code § 1-207 — Concurrence In Decisions.
TITLE 1 COURTS AND COURT OFFICIALS CHAPTER 2 SUPREME COURT 1-207. Concurrence in decisions. The concurrence of three (3) justices is necessary to pronounce a judgment; if three (3) do not concur, the case must be reheard.
