Idaho Code § 1-203 — Original Jurisdiction.
TITLE 1 COURTS AND COURT OFFICIALS CHAPTER 2 SUPREME COURT 1-203. Original jurisdiction. Its original jurisdiction extends to the issuance of writs of mandamus, certiorari, prohibition, habeas corpus, and all writs necessary or proper to the exercise of its appellate jurisdiction.
