Idaho Code § 1-1902 — Judicial Officer May Punish For Contempt.

TITLE 1 COURTS AND COURT OFFICIALS CHAPTER 19 INCIDENTAL POWERS AND DUTIES OF JUDICIAL OFFICERS 1-1902. Judicial officer may punish for contempt. For the effectual exercise of the powers conferred by the last section, a judicial officer may punish for contempt, in the cases provided in this code.
