Ordinance Text
3-3B-4: ELIGIBILITY FOR LICENSE:
Any person who has been duly licensed or issued a certificate of competency by the state or by any city of the state having a plumbing code substantially equivalent to the code adopted by the city, may be licensed by the city without taking any examination, upon the payment of the fees provided for in section 3-3B-3 of this article.
