3-3B-1: LICENSE REQUIRED:
No person, corporation, copartnership, firm or association shall engage in the business, trade, practice or work of plumbing in the city, from and after the effective date hereof, unless such person, or a responsible person representing such firm, copartnership, association or corporation, has been first licensed by the city.
