7-3-12: OCCUPANCY OF TRAILERS OUTSIDE COURTS:
Except in trailer courts, trailer coaches shall not be used as a permanent place of abode or as a permanent dwelling for an indefinite period of time; provided, however, that any trailer coach, with the wheels removed, properly connected with the city water and sanitary sewer system and in compliance with all requirements of the building, plumbing, sanitation, health, zoning and electrical regulations of the city, may be permitted on any premises under permits properly secured as provided for in the building, plumbing, electrical, sanitation, health and zoning regulations 1 .
