Ordinance Text
7-3-2: ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT:
It shall be the duty of a board of investigators consisting of the chief of police, chief of the fire department and city clerk, hereby created, with the city clerk as chairman, to administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter and to recommend to the mayor and council the issuance, suspension or revocation of permits.
