7-1E-5: PENALTY:
A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, or the failure or omission to perform any duty imposed by the provisions of this chapter is hereby declared unlawful and punishable as an infraction and shall, upon conviction or a finding of guilt thereof in the court of Ada County, Idaho, be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
