7-1E-3: SOLID FUEL HEATING APPLIANCE PERMITS:
A. It shall be unlawful for an owner of any new or existing building in the incorporated area of Eagle to install or allow to be installed a solid fuel heating appliance in his or her new or existing building without first obtaining from the city clerk a solid fuel heating appliance permit.
B. It shall be unlawful on or after July 1, 1987, for any person in the incorporated area of Eagle to: advertise for sale, offer to sell, sell for installation in any new or existing building, or install in any new or existing building, a solid fuel heating appliance which has not been certified as clean burning by the Oregon department of environmental quality.
