3-2B-9: VIOLATION AND PENALTY:
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article or fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this act shall be guilty of an infraction, and punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 697, 5-4-2013)
