3-2B-6: CONDITIONS OF LICENSE, CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES:
A. Wine sold for consumption or dispensed on the retailer's premises may be sold only during hours that beer may be sold, consumed or dispensed pursuant to the laws of the state.
B. Wine sold by the retailer for consumption off the premises of the retailer may be sold only during the hours that beer may be sold pursuant to the laws of this state 1 . (Ord. 655, 3-22-2011)
