3-2B-5: TRANSFER OF LICENSE:

The assignment or transfer of a wine license shall be the same as provided for the assignment or transfer of a beer license in sections 3-2A-3 and 3-2A-4, and subsections 3-2A-5C and 3-2A-6B of this chapter. (Ord. 655, 3-22-2011)
