3-2B-3: LICENSE FEE, TERM:
Every retailer licensed under the provisions of this article shall pay the city license fees as follows:
A. Where such person sells wine at retail for consumption off the licensed premises, the annual license fee shall be one hundred twenty five dollars ($125.00) a year. The annual license fee shall be prorated to reflect the actual months of issuance.
B. Where such person sells wine by the individual glass or opened bottle at retail, for consumption on the premises or off premises. The annual license fee shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00) a year. The annual license fee shall be prorated to reflect the actual months of issuance.
C. Such license year shall be from July 1 through June 30 of the following year; provided, however, should a license be issued for less than a full calendar year, the license fee shall be prorated in accordance with the actual months of issuance.
