3-2B-1: LICENSE REQUIRED, APPLICATION:
It shall be unlawful for any person to sell wine at retail within the corporate limits of the city without having first procured a license therefor.
Application for license shall be in writing, signed and sworn to by the applicant upon application forms furnished by the city clerk. Such application shall be filed with the city clerk and shall be accompanied by the required fee. The application shall be reviewed as provided in section 3-2-2 of this chapter. (Ord. 655, 3-22-2011)
