3-1-6: TERM OF LICENSE:
Licenses shall be valid for one (1) year, expiring on June 30 of each year. Licenses issued on or after January 1 shall be valid from the date of issuance and expire June 30 of the current year. Each general business license shall be renewed before June 30 upon request to the city clerk along with payment of the annual fee. Failure to renew license shall result in the license becoming invalid. (Ord. 459, 10-14-2003; amd. Ord. 859, 9-28-2021)
