9-5-7: SUBDIVISION WITHIN A FLOODPLAIN:

In addition to the provisions of this title, any subdivision within the designated floodplain of the city shall comply with all applicable provisions of the floodplain regulations of the city as now in effect or as may hereafter be amended . (Ord. 566, 5-15-2007)
