9-4-1-5: STREETLIGHTS:
Unless determined otherwise by the city council as part of the design of the subdivision, all subdividers within the city limits shall be required to install, at the subdividers' expense, streetlights in accordance with city specifications and standards at locations designated by the administrator. After inspection and confirmation of installation and operation by the administrator, the subdivider (and subsequent homeowners’ association) shall assume ownership of the streetlights and shall pay the cost of maintenance and power in perpetuity.
