2-4-1: BOARD CREATION, TERM AND QUALIFICATIONS:
All boards, commissions or committees providing advice to, or acting on behalf of, the city and not otherwise specifically set forth in this code shall be created by resolution of the council. Such resolution shall include the term of the board, commission, or committee, the number and qualifications, if any, of the members and the term of office of each member. (Ord. 286, 1-28-1997)
