9-3-1: MINIMUM STANDARDS REQUIRED:
All plats submitted pursuant to the provisions of this title, and all subdivisions, improvements and facilities done, constructed or made in accordance with said provisions shall comply with the minimum design standards set forth in this chapter and with all applicable requirements set forth in title 8, chapter 6, "Planned Unit Developments", of this code; provided, however, that any higher standards adopted by any highway district, the Idaho transportation department or health agency shall prevail over those set forth herein.
