2-3-1: BOARD CREATED, APPOINTMENT, TERMS AND VACANCIES:
There is hereby created and established a board to be known as the Eagle library board, to consist of five (5) members as a board of library trustees, who, as their terms of office expire, shall be appointed by the council for terms of five (5) years.
All vacancies on the board shall be filled by appointment by the council, which appointments shall be for the residue of the term only. (Ord. 25)
