2-2-3: ORGANIZATION:
The board shall designate a chairman from its membership and shall adopt public meeting procedures pursuant to law. Three (3) members shall constitute a quorum. The board shall meet on the second and fourth Thursday of each calendar month, unless a holiday occurs at which time the meeting shall be rescheduled to the next regularly scheduled meeting date. The City Clerk shall keep the minutes of all official meetings. All meetings shall be opened to the public. Minutes shall be typed by the City Clerk or designee, with copies approved at the next regularly scheduled meeting. All board documents shall be made available to the public subject to the public records laws. (Ord. 667, 2-14-2012)
