1-10-1: BOUNDARIES OF CITY ESTABLISHED:

The boundaries of the city are described as follows:

Beginning at the section corner common to sections 8, 9, 16 and 17, Township 4 North Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho; thence southward along the section line 660 ft. to a point; thence West to the Center line of that branch of the Boise River north of Eagle Island; thence northwesterly following the meander line of the river to the mouth of Dry Creek; thence northeasterly following Dry Creek to its intersection with the north line of said section 8, on the Floating Feather Road; thence easterly along the section line to the section corner common to sections 5, 6, 8 and 9, 4 North, 1 East; thence southward along the section line to the quarter corner common to sections 8 and 9; thence eastward along the quarter section line to the center of section 9; thence southward along the quarter section line to the south line of section 9; thence westerly along the section line to the point of beginning, and as such boundaries are amended by ordinances duly passed in accordance with this code and the provisions of Idaho law.
