1-9-9: CERTIFICATES OF ELECTION:
A certificate of election for each elected city official or appointee to fill such position shall be made under the corporate seal by the Eagle city clerk, signed by the mayor and the Eagle city clerk, and presented to such officials at the time of subscribing to the oath of office.
