1-9-7: TIE VOTES:
In case of a tie vote between candidates, the Eagle city clerk shall give notice to the interested candidates to appear before the council at a meeting to be called within six (6) days at which time the Eagle city clerk shall determine the tie by a toss of a coin. (Ord. 653, 2-8-2011)
