1-7-1: AUTHORIZED DEPOSITORIES FOR CITY FUNDS:
A. Designation: Pursuant to the provisions of Idaho Code 50-1013, the City Treasurer is hereby ordered, required and directed to keep monies belonging to or in the care of the City in the following depositories: any federally insured banking institution located within the City Limits of the City of Eagle or the Idaho State Treasurer’s Office (Local Government Investment Pool) as so authorized by resolution of the Mayor and City Council. B. Depository Collateralization: Any federally insured banking institution chosen by the City shall fully collateralize all amounts over the established FDIC limit. (Ord. 7; amd. Ord. 894, 1-24-2023)
