6-5-19: VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES:
Any person who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or resists the enforcement of, any of the provisions of this chapter or the rules and regulations as adopted by this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall for each offense be punished by a fine as provided in Idaho state code.
