6-4-14: PUBLIC, EDUCATIONAL, OR GOVERNMENTAL (PEG) USE:
On, or within a reasonable period of time after, the date on which a grantee first provides cable service or video service to a subscriber within the service area of the city, the grantee shall designate a sufficient amount of capacity on its cable service or video service network to allow the provision of public, educational and governmental access channels or their functional equivalents, hereinafter referred to as PEG channels, for noncommercial programming as provided in Idaho Code § 50-3010.
