5-9-2: ENFORCEMENT:
A. Officials: Police officers or duly authorized representatives of the city of Eagle shall enforce the provisions of this chapter.
B. Ejection: A police officer, or duly authorized representatives of the city of Eagle shall have the authority to eject from the park any person acting in violation of this chapter. Any person ejected from the park shall leave promptly and peaceably and shall not return to the park for any reason on the same calendar day of his ejectment.
C. Seizure Of Property: A police officer shall have the authority to seize and confiscate any property, thing or device in the park, or used in violation of this chapter.
D. Removal Of Vehicles: Whenever any police officer finds a vehicle left standing or parked after closing hours of the park, such officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle to the nearest available garage or place of safety. (Ord. 458, 9-9-2003)
