4-9-7: TEMPORARY WAIVERS:
A. A person or entity may apply to the City Council for a temporary waiver from the provisions of this chapter.
B. The noise waiver may be extended no later than midnight. Such applications shall be submitted to the City Clerk's Office at least thirty (30) days in advance of the date of the activity or event seeking the waiver. Applications shall include, but be limited to, the following information:
1. Remittance of waiver application fees as set forth in section 1-7-5 of this code as established by resolution of the City Council. (Ord. 846, 4-13-2021)
