7-1G-2: APPLICABILITY:
These regulations shall apply to new subdivisions, new construction, additions, alterations, and moving or change of use of residential, commercial, or industrial structures within the overlay district as identified on the Wildland-Urban Interface Overlay District Map, the limits of which are adopted by Ordinance 947 on file at the office of the City Clerk, or as hereinafter may be amended. Should any provision within this chapter conflict with any other provision of Eagle City Code, then the more restrictive shall control.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, any project or development which includes a City-approved Fire Protection Plan prepared by a Certified Wildfire Mitigation Specialist or stamped by a Fire Protection Engineer shall be exempt from the regulations in this Article. (Ord. 947, 8-12-2025)
