4-7-6-1: ABANDONMENT PROHIBITED:
A. No person shall abandon a vehicle upon any highway, street, alley, roadway or right-of-way thereof.
B. No person shall abandon a vehicle upon public or private property without the express or implied consent of the owner or person in lawful possession or control of the property. (Ord. 247, 7-19-1994)
C. Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 697, 5-14-2013)
