Ordinance Text
4-6-11: PENALTY:
A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or the failure or omission to perform any duty imposed by the provisions of this chapter is hereby declared unlawful and punishable as an infraction and punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 697, 5-14-2013)
