4-6-5: PUBLIC NOTIFICATION:

Whenever air pollution alert conditions are met, local print, radio and television news media will be notified. Announcements of the existence of an air pollution "alert" will be made by the news media during regularly scheduled broadcasts. (Ord. 245, 5-10-1994)
