6-8-6: TRANSFER OF RIGHTS PROHIBITED:

All rights to access and any rights or privileges arising under the provisions of this chapter shall not be transferred to any person or entity without the express written approval of the Fiber Optic Director. (Ord. 864, 5-24-2022)
