9-6-7: APPLICATION DEEMED NULL AND VOID:
Any application subject to this code for which the applicant does not provide the submittal information as specified in writing by the Zoning Administrator shall be deemed null and void 60 days after the request is made by the city if the information is not provided. This deadline may be extended at the discretion of the Zoning Administrator if it is determined that the applicant is making a good faith effort to produce the requested information. Once deemed null and void, the application fees shall not be refundable and a new application and new fees will be required. (Ord. 858, 10-26-2021)
