8-12-3: PROCESS:
All development applications shall be reviewed by the City to assure compliance with these standards. The City Council may consider and approve modifications to the standards of this chapter upon specific recommendation of the Idaho Transportation Department or if strict adherence is not feasible, as determined by the City Council.
